Through innovative marketing strategies, such as multichannel advertising, data capturing forms, and lead management, the campaign was able to exceed objectives and expectations. As a result, the campaign achieved Gammill's monthly sales goal within ten days. Below is a report of the campaign strategies and results.

Marketing Plan for a local yoga studio

In a small town in southern Missouri, a local yoga studio faced challenges in attracting enough participants to its classes. I collaborated with the social media manager of the yoga studio to provide some of my marketing expertise. After reviewing the marketing efforts and business details, I provided the social media manager with a comprehensive marketing plan, including actionable feedback to help the studio attract more participants. The feedback was readily accepted and implemented. The yoga studio's exposure on Facebook alone increased by 536%. Below is the marketing plan and other results post implementation.

VPB Runner-Up Report: Starbucks in Japan

From India to New York City, six students evaluated and created a report on the social media influence of Starbucks. We specifically focused on the country of Japan and the company's efficiency in their digital marketing strategies. There were thousands of students who submitted reports and our report was one of the top three selected from the company to represent a valid report for publishing.  Below is a link to the VPB report.

PCC Leadership Case Study

As Managers come in high demand, sometimes the training for becoming the leader in the workplace doesn't come with it. There were many small issues within the work place of the Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC) located in Laie, Hawaii. Myself and four others worked together to present a training to four managers at PCC. We shared solutions to manage stress, resolve conflicts, and restore a happy and caring environment. Each manager gave feedback on the training's impact. Below is a link to the summary and impact of how we helped shape the leadership culture at the PCC.

IMC Marketing Plan for a Women's Organization

Women’s Services & Resources (WSR) is an organization that was recently created at Brigham Young University-Hawaii. I had the opportunity to create a marketing plan for WSR to help the women on campus know what resources were offered.  I provided a specific audience, creating a buyer persona for the organization. I then focused on how resources provided could be used to create events to bring awareness to the community. I developed a comprehensive marketing plan for the month of May. I was able to successfully boost social media presence, create and host an event that had over 300 people in attendance, and carry out a month of social media posts and content. My plan will be looked over and used by the marketing team at the university and implemented in the coming year. Below is a link to the marketing plan for WSR.
